Refund Policy

If something goes wrong with a payment or your Full Pass access, please contact us so we can look into it.

Refund requests are reviewed individually

We consider the details of each request, including duplicate payments, billing mistakes and paid access that could not be provided. A refund is not automatic, and we do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

How to request help

Call (215) 459-4177 and tell us your request is for Dose Drill.

Please have your account email address, purchase date and Stripe receipt or payment reference available. Explain the charge or access issue. Never share your password, full card number, security code or account confirmation link.

If your purchase is not showing

Sign in with the same email you used for the purchase. Open Account and select Refresh access. If Full Pass still does not appear, contact us before buying again so we can check the existing payment.

Approved refunds

We confirm the outcome of a request after reviewing it. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds become visible; a request alone does not confirm that a refund has been issued.
